1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once the server has been provisioned, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

2. DDoS Protection

DDoS protection is not included by default and may incur additional charges. It is available by request. Residential homes include DDoS protection.

3. Resale Restrictions

Clients may not resell or lease any part of the service without written approval. Unauthorized resale will result in termination.

4. Prohibited Uses

• DDoS attacks
• Hosting malware or viruses
• Pornographic or illegal content
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Violating U.S. or international law
• Any malicious activity

Violations will result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

5. Bandwidth Limitations

Each server includes 50TB of traffic per billing cycle. Exceeding this incurs overage charges. Contact for pricing.

6. Network Speed & Location

Servers offer 10 Gbps internal speed and 1 Gbps external bandwidth. These apply to non-Chicago locations.

7. Violation Consequences

Breaking these terms results in service suspension or termination with no refund. Legal action may follow.

8. Amendments

Nick Armbruster reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
